Job Description
Develop new products and improve existing products. Technological and economical feasibility and translation to project targets is required. Design, plan and run bench and pilot experiments. Transition new products to production in accordance with ISO system. Responsible for maintenance and investment of pilot and measurement equipment. Responsible for recipes and definition and control of critical application features and the shelf life of products. Technological trouble shooting and optimization of production processes. Introduce, support and promote new, changes and existing products. As project leader, coordinate and steer activities of multidisciplinary project teams within the budget and timing.
