Job Description
The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Maintenance Manager for a Food Manufacturing Company located in New York. Currently seeking someone who will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the entire facility who would like the opportunity to grow into a plant manager position. Qualified individual must have experience from a food manufacturing facility and have experience on the following pieces of machinery; conveyors, fill mechanisms, packaging equipment, bottling, (high-speed) conveyors, palletizers, material handlers, high-voltage electrical, motors, hydraulics, and general mechanics. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Maintenance Manager Position MUST have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, along with five years of experience managing a successful maintenance program and personnel within a maintenance department in a Food Manufacturing facility.
