Job Description
Description/Requirements: Corporate Project Engineer Corporate Engineering resource in a Food/Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing organization. This is a Key Corporate Engineering role in a growing, profitable mid-sized Food manufacturing organization. In this ME Engineering Manager role, you will lead projects to upgrade and expand manufacturing and facilities systems across four manufacturing operations that produce a variety of Food products. You will apply your technical knowledge and experience to projects to streamline and expand this company's processing and packaging equipment, as well as their utilities systems. You will also apply your knowledge of Food industry regulatory areas, and your communications and problem-solving skills, to produce and execute annual and 3-year capital plans to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). In addition to this, you will collaborate with others in the Corporate leadership group to develop and implement company-wide engineering processes and standards to streamline future growth, through organic means and by acquisition. The Company is seeking a degreed Engineer, a self-starter with at least 7+ years of demonstrable results in Engineering roles in the Food industry.
