Job Description
Description/Requirements: Corporate Project Engineer

Corporate Engineering resource in a mid-size, Food/Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing organization.

In this key Engineering role, you will lead projects to upgrade and expand manufacturing and facilities systems across four manufacturing operations that produce a variety of Food products. Through the use of your technical knowledge in food processing and packaging equipment, utilities systems, and applicable regulatory areas, and your communications and problem-solving skills, you will produce and execute annual and 3-year capital plans to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). You will also designate corporate mechanical standards and write SOP's for others to follow.

The Company is seeking a degreed Engineer, a self-starter with at least 7+ years of demonstrable results in Engineering roles in the Food industry. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a PE license or other certifications, as well as experience in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma areas.
