The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Supply Planner for a Fortune 100 Food/Beverage/Consumer Goods Manufacturing Facility located in Northern, NJ. The primary purpose of this position is to develop the supply plan and execution of the production plan for the category as well as provide input for annual estimate financial plan volumes and updates for the internal operating plans. The position acts as a focal point of brand execution of sales and marketing initiatives. The position objective is to manage the inventory planning, requirements planning, production planning, and material planning with the goal of lowering supply chain cost and improving customer service. The key metrics are 1) Customer Service 2) Project Execution 3) Finished Goods and Inventory Management. Need ERP/SAP experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Key interface between Stock replenishment, operations, and logistics. 2. Prepare supply plan manugistics and spreadsheet techniques. 3. Manage projects that are within the brand. 4. Developing the supply plan to support the business objectives. 5. Setting up new sku's in manugistics systems to model shipments and production. 6. Control inventory while protecting customer service through coordination with stock replenishment and operations. 7. Main interface between product group and manufacturing sites. 8. Prepare short and long term inventory plans, Manugistics set-ups and project status updates.

Supply planning for approximately 50% of the category. Interface with one stock replenishment planner, assistant BD managers, plant scheduling, material planner, the brand sales manager and Go to Market personnel. Manage highly sophisticated Manugistics supply chain planning software.

This position is the focal point of the tactical operation of the category. Numerous interfaces requiring experience, good judgment, people skills and process understanding occur. Presentation of data to management is required for business planning.

REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Supply Planner position MUST HAVE a 4-Year BS/BA Degree with at least 3-5 years of recent Supply Planning experience from within a either a Food / Beverage / Consumer Packaged Goods / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility. At this time, ONLY candidates from within these industries will be considered. Candidates with a SAP / ERP background are highly desired.
