Our services have been retained to recruit a Validation & Risk Manager for a division of a major consumer products national company with the position located in an Arkansas metro. Job functions involve validation/risk assessment of equipment and process installations, with responsibilities involving a state-of-the-art 700 person nonunion consumer products facility. We seek a candidate with Bachelor of Science degree related in the Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering arena with 5 years relevant industry experience. Candidate must have strong AutoCAD skills/computer skills. Position entails skill level in safety, environment, quality standards, cost effectiveness, production optimization, etc. The company is one of the nation's largest and most successful within its product category, offering excellent growth opportunities. SALARY up to $77,000 base range.
