Description/Requirements: Senior Project Engineer, Southeast location
Lead projects and project teams focused on industrial power systems, especially multi-fuel boilers and/or burner management systems. As part of a regional Projects Group, this Senior Project Engineer will lend his/her leadership and expertise in Process Controls and Plant Automation to projects aimed at both the optimization of existing AND the design/specification of new industrial energy, power, and advance applications systems.
Additionally, this Senior Project Engineer will interface with customers, ensure that the proper project planning and design work has occurred prior to project initiation, make sure that the engineered solution is feasible to the customer and the supplier companies, and lead, coach, and train the project team through to the completion of the project.
The Company, a multi-billion dollar producer of various industrial products, is seeking a degreed Engineer with at least several years of engineering experience with Process Controls and Plant Automation in industrial energy or power applications. The Company also prefers candidates with advanced qualifications such as a PE license or Six Sigma certifications.
