ARS Direct is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with a Master or Journeyman Electrician License for their client in Chelsea, MA.

This person will perform a variety of diversified duties: • Install, adjust, assemble and repair packing equipment and facilities • Report to facilities director • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and lubrication of all systems • Work form blueprints, sketches and written or verbal instructions • Use of basic shop and power tools • Use of Standard hand electronic tools • Use of measuring instruments such as scales, micrometers, venires, gauges, protractors and levels

This is a 1st shift position, with Mandatory Saturdays. (5am -130 pm)

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Master or Journeyman Electrician License • 3 years experience with packaging equipment • Knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and troubleshooting techniques. • Basic computer skills • Ability to understand and work from written and verbal instructions • Fluent in English (Written and & Oral) and work basic math functions • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks • Must be a self started • Ability to lift and stack materials up to and in excess of 70lbs • Posses a valid drivers license (will be travelling to local sites)
