Job Description
We are on a search for junior or mid level process engineer (0 to 6 years experience is ideal). Our client is an industry leader in the development and production of ingredients. These products are used in various industries and can be found in consumer goods around the world.
This person will be required to develop a deep understanding of current process technologies, equipment systems, product specifications, product applications and their interrelationships. They will be responsible for all aspects of process engineering including:
- Process development, troubleshooting, technical support and capital projects. - Responsible for process optimization from identification, concept, implementation, documentation and operator training. - Must have the ability to effectively work within a team and cross functionally to expedite completion of critical project tasks. - Will use critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills to move projects forward and give future direction.
REQUIREMENTS * BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred * MUST be willing to be HANDS-ON and spend a good portion their time on the floor working with varying levels of ability (Operators to Sr. Management). * This person should have the drive and aspiration to seek future management or leadership responsibility. * Must have a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities at once.
