Job Description
Will develop and execute action plans to deliver key project objectives in support of strategic plans and initiatives. - Independently carry out action plants to meet project objectives as well as identify and efficiently utilize necessary resources to achieve timely delivery of said project objectives. - Ability to execute complex technical projects and demonstrate strong technical food processing experience is critical. - Responsible for effectively motivating the team to develop technical action plans, optimizes resource utilization, implement plans, anticipate and avoid issues and deliver “on-time”. - Will become a strong participant in the development of strategic plans for the product or category. - Will be a technical resource for entry-level scientists.
