Job Description

Our Arkansas production facility is in need of a knowledgeable, skilled, and talented Refrigeration Mechanic. The ideal candidate will need to understand the inner working's of large ammonia systems. Experience with refrigeration, steam, process equipment, and wastewater discharge systems are required. Job Requirements

• Troubleshooting and repairing the systems and subsystems of the ammonia refrigeration plant including control systems, compressors, pumps, etc. • Troubleshooting industrial mechanical and electrical equipment also may be required. • MIG and TIG Certification preferred. • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and perform required preventative actions such as equipment repairs, lubrications, cleaning, filter change, etc. • Operate a wide variety of commonly used hand tools and small power tools to perform work. • Be able to work in cold environments. • Must be able to lift overhead up to 30 pounds • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods in refrigerated areas as well as in cooking areas. • Be able to work different shifts, extended hours, and/or weekends • Minimum 2 years experience required.
