The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Maintenance Manager for a Large Food and Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in Milwaukee, WI. Must have a 4-Year BS/BA Degree and 2+ years of Maintenance Management experience from within a Food / Beverage Manufacturing Facility. Purpose: Lead a Maintenance Department of a complex hygienic Food Manufacturing Plant (Maintenance Planner, Inventory Planner, Controls Technician and Craftspersons for 3 shift operation). As TPM and Effective Maintenance Pillar Champion, deliver through teams continuous improvement in factory equipment efficiency and reliability through the implementation and use of TPM tools and methods. Responsible for overall site maintenance strategy and tactical implementation including safe working conditions, EM Master Plan in alignment with Plant Loss Tree, asset criticality, legal compliance, budget and inventory control, scheduling, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, skills assessment and training, and performance reviews. Manage facility maintenance (on site contractors). Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure targets delivery. Develop a culture of ownership and accountability.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to develop and implement site Effective Maintenance (EM) Master Plan in alignment with Site Strategy, Loss Tree, and Asset Criticality, and product quality requirements. Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure targets delivery. 2. Responsible to develop a culture of ownership, teamwork and accountability. 3. Responsible for budget including inventory control, labor including overtime, and contractors. 4. Responsible for ensuring maintenance delivers scheduled and unscheduled work on time and within budget including PMs, Corrective Maintenance. 5. Responsible for ensuring maintenance staff skills are up-to-date and in compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.

REQUIREMENTS: Qualified Candidates for the Maintenance Manager position MUST HAVE a 4-Year BS/BA Degree (preferably in Engineering) with at least 2-3 years of previous Maintenance Management experience from within a Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility.
