The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of both a Distribution Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor for a Large Food / Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in UT.

Required Skills: 4-Year BS/BA Degreed candidates only. Seeking someone early in their career i.e. 1-5 years. Would like to see Supply Chain or Logistics Degree but will consider others.

Responsibilities: The incumbent will manage the daily operations of the Distribution Center. He/She will supervise between 10-15 people. Position will begin on first shift and then change to a modified off-shift, something like an 11 AM to 7 PM. Responsible for the receiving and shipping of finished goods, bulk products, corrugated ingredients, and miscellaneous supplies. Responsible for effective utilization of equipment, labor and materials. Promote partner safety, training and development. Assists with establishing and implementing distribution standards. Focus on customer service levels in areas of shortages, product damage, truck turn time, invoice order fill rates and aged inventory. Assures compliance with company and governmental standards and regulations of safety, sanitation and housekeeping within all distribution areas. Build a sound relationship with the other Distribution Centers and Supply Chain Management Team.
