We are looking for a Sales Associate to help service the Southern Six State Region of Kentucky,Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Alabama..
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and develop strong comprehensive sales and marketing plans for top accounts Responsible to accurately forecast by product mix on an annual basis with the foresight, ability, and knowledge to change the forecast depending on the current market Responsible for “driving the business” on a proactive basis Expected and responsible to establish and develop strong relationships with personnel of “Customers” on all levels Expected to provide leadership and motivate people Ability to develop and effectively present materials to large groups. Manage a sales territory within the guidelines of a budget and manage the business based on profitability Responsible for maintaining accounts receivable within the territory. Qualifications:
Proficient in computer skills; Excel, Power Point, Word, etc. College degree and/or a minimum of 4+ years sales experience Demonstrated ability to be innovative and formulate strong, creative territory plans based on current needs Experience in Scouting; achievement of Eagle Scout is preferred Ability to organize and prioritize Must have the ability to multitask Positive and professional written and verbal communication skills Strong Interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others Ability to travel as necessary (40%+) Must demonstrate the ability to influence “CEO’s” during sales calls Open minded, innovative and self- motivated. The ability to be flexible and adapt to market and company changes
