Job Description: 1) Direct the efforts of mixing, dough machining, baking, and packaging on assigned line(s) to achieve established goals in safety, quality and productivity.(2) Ensure compliance with all company rules and policies, government regulations, and the labor agreement. (3) Create a positive work environment and communicate well with employees and fellow managers. (4) Develop a successful team through training and coaching employees. (5) Coordinate with the maintenance department as necessary to accomplish preventative maintenance work as well as emergency breakdowns to maintain the orderly flow of production. (6) Ensure employee compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and housekeeping. (7) Complete daily production reports and other periodic reporting requirements. (8) Handle employee concerns and issue discipline as appropriate.

4 year degree highly prefered. Union experience and food or beverage experience is highly prefered.!
