This position is responsible for management, planning and control of the companys farming operations from land prep through quality harvest.

Essential Functions:

1. Assist is generating planting plans and budget inputs 2. Design and implement systems to efficiently manager labor and equipment 3. Propose creative solutions to farming problems 4. Generate new ideas for testing in our research program 5. Work closely with the Processing Plant and Quality Management to produce the highest quality products. 6. Conduct and manage all field preparations 7. Follow and document planting plan. 8. Generate accurate crop survey and crop forecast 9. Produce spray forecast according to the crop survey 10. Help supervise crop harvesting 11. Help is quality control 12. Comply with all safety requirements 13. Design spray programs and spray crops with pesticides 14. Maintain farm data for analysis 15. Train and supervise the farm assistants 16. Conduct farm research 17. Maintain proper records for spraying and fertilizing 18. Calibrates and documents planting and spray equipment

Role Qualifications:

1. 5 years fruit farm experience. 2. Large scale agriculture 3. Mechanical knowledge and agriculture tools experience 4. Ability to prepare daily written reports 5. Ability to manage assets, equipment, labor 6. Ability to budget, program, manage, schedule 7. Results oriented manager
