Requires a BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar technical degree, with 5 years experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industries preferred. Seek process design and project experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical process industries. Will be responsible for process improvement efforts for the manufacturing & packaging areas of the plant and contract manufacturers, in addition to implementation of new process capabilities, new product launches, and new capital equipment installations. Develops and executes commissioning, qualification, and validation protocols for process improvements, new equipment installations, and new product development implementations.
