Our client, one of the top consumer product companies in the world, seeks an experienced production supervisor with 3-5 years experience in production and continuous improvement / lean manufacturing in the food/beverage or similar consumer packaged goods industries.
Essential skills include leadership & problem-solving skills. Union experience is a plus. Will be responsible for the operation & management of the facility on the assigned shift. Will lead implementation of continuous improvement & lean manufacturing methods, assure production performance standards are met, & ensure compliance with co. policies, GMP’s & regulatory issues. Develops effective training plans to further develop team members skills & knowledge, and work with Production Mgr. to meet company goals.
