We are a processor, packager, and marketer of a wide variety of nut and snack products. We are looking for qualified individuals to lead repair and maintenance of various food processing equipment, systems, and related controls. These qualified individuals will work under minimal direction and supervision. As well as, train other maintenance personnel. Duties and Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment and related controls. * Solve problems with Allen Bradley RS 500, RS5000, Automation Direct and ladder logic programming. * Experienced with Allen Bradley and Maple HMI systems. * Work with Computer Maintenance Management systems. * Research and requisition parts required for maintaining proper BOM's for equipment. Help standardize equipment to eliminate multiple parts and vendors. * Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment in all facets. * Troubleshoot 480 electrical circuitry. * Read electrical and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting problems. * Act in compliant with OSHA and safety regulations. Qualification: * Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, or related Trade School experience preferred. * 3 to 5 years experience in maintenance repairs and troubleshooting. * Leadership skills along with strong verbal and written communication skills are important. * Must possess a strong background in CMMS. * High speed food packaging experience needed. * PLC experience required along with computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
