Job Summmary:
Provide technical support for Operations and Sales & Marketing. Improve quality, efficiency and cost of existing products and processes. Support the development of new product lines. Maintain accuracy of formulations, processes and product specifications.
Primary Objectives:
- Improve quality, efficiency and cost of existing products and processes.
- Develop new items for the existing product lines and support the development of new product lines.
- Provide technical support to Operations in all aspects of production.
- Maintain accuracy of formulations, processes and product specifications.
- Be a proactive investigator and problem solver on issues that arise.
Main Duties :
Provide technical support for Operations and Sales & Marketing. Improve quality, efficiency and cost of existing products and processes. Support the development of new products and line extensions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 4 year technical degree preferably Food Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in food industry or related industry
- Certified in Better Process Control or Acidified Foods school
- Proficient in Excel, Word and statistical analysis.
Excellent communicator both written and oral
