MAINTENANCE MANAGER
A progressive juice manufacturing company has an opening for an experienced Maintenance Manager.
We require a minimum of five years beverage experience in a facility that has at least four production lines, along with an engineering degree.
You must possess excellent leadership and problem solving skills, be familiar with PM systems, and PLC programming.
You will be responsible for managing a pro-active maintenance department that will require decision-making, planning and organizing skills.
A major focus will be on the proactive implementation of change management with a focus on improving production efficiencies within a team-based organization that will require personal interaction and leadership skills with all levels of employees.
The successful candidate will possess an appropriate college degree and excellent written and verbal communications skills.
