Job Description
Requirements: BS Food or Dairy Science plus two years cheese production/packaging experience required. Must have demonstrated ability in a one or more of the following areas: Cheese making, starter technology, DMC, cooker/stretcher - cutters operations, and brine system, including brine UF. Must be able to work all shifts. Responsibilities: Individual will work with Production and Packaging Supervisors and Plant Managers learning all aspects of running a cheese making operation starting from delivery of fluid milk through packaging of final product.
