Premiere food & beverage company seeks a promotable Shift Production Manager for their state-of-the-art facility located in an Ozarks Metro location. The successful candidate will be responsible for the manufacturing activities of up to 2 supervisors & 30 team members including production, quality, and maintenance, etc over 2nd shift at a 300+ person, facility manufacturing food products.
This is a High Performance Work Team environment, which is expanding rapidly. Requires BS Degree and 3+ year’s supervision experience in food / beverage / Dairy, or other consumer packaged goods manufacturing. Knowledge of world-class manufacturing including Lean Manufacturing practices, continuous improvement, cost savings, process improvements, root cause analysis, SQF /SPC/TQM/HACCP, etc. Hi-speed bottling / packaging, dairy, or aseptic processing experience a plus. This position is open due to promotion, & offers excellent advancement opportunity. Salary to $78,000 + Bonus. Relocation is available.
