Job Description
Calling all Entry Level candidates! We are currently in need of several talented grads looking to begin their career in the food manufacturing arena as team leaders. Our positions are located in many different states including AZ, GA, MO, NE, PA, TX, UT, and WI. If you have a degree in: Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology or an MBA and a GPA 2.7 or equivalent or better we want to talk to you. To be considered you will have had at least two elected leadership roles somewhere in your back ground and demonstrated on your resume, Proven leadership experience in a team environment, Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, Ability to make good business decisions quickly, desire to grow and take on new challenges / opportunities. You will get the opportunity to; Lead a team of partners to meet or exceed daily production goals, coach, provide feedback to and resolve conflicts among team members, Identify customer requirements and communicating them to your team, Collaborate to improve plant productivity and increase efficiency and Identifying and resolving process issues as they arise.
