Supervisors oversee the activities of their corresponding department in order to achieve goals for customer satisfaction, safety, quality and yield as well as to reduce employee absenteeism and turnover. Requirements include two years experience in a lead or supervisory capacity in poultry processing in the specific area of interest. Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations will be considered in lieu of previous poultry experience. Good communication and leadership skills.
