A well established Nashville-based Food Manufacturing Company has immediate opportunities for the following positions: Packer & General Production Labor - $8.00 - $9.00/Hr.: Light manual packing and general production support. QUALIFICATIONS and EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Education equivalent to completion of High School English speaking or bi-lingual.Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and project a positive image. Stable work history, with 1 year or more of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced production operation. Must have a working knowledge of established food safety regulations and good manufacturing practices, high-speed packaging operations and the ability to differentiate product or materials lot codes and an ability to count carton and case quantities, or material usage requirements. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and work a rotating schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday.
