Fast growing, market share leading food & beverage company seeking a promotable Quality Assurance Manager for their state-of-the-art facility in a Mid west, Mid-Metro location. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Quality, Sanitation, and Food Safety activities for a 800+ person, non-union facility manufacturing food products in a High Performance Work Team environment. Client seeks an individual who is looking for advancement & diversity of experience, and is willing to promote & relocate within a 24-36 month time frame. BS Science or related degree required with 3 to 5+ years Quality Management experience in the food & beverage industry. Requires in-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing/continuous improvement systems, strong skills in SQF (Safe Quality Foods) including SQF 2000 or equivalent programs, SPC, TQM, HACCP, GMPs, USDA / FDA and other regulatory compliance issues. Salary to $95,000 + 15% Bonus. Relocation package is available.
