Supervise the staff and activities in the area of accountability. Guide and coordinate the efforts of individual associates or groups toward the desired results. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage daily production in areas of accountability · Understand and follow all government regulations and company policies · Measure productivity, associate safety and product safety. · Responsible for associate discipline and turnover. · Ability to communicate with USDA inspectors EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS · High School Diploma or equivalent. · 3 + years of kill floor experience
