BS Degree in Science preferred with 2+ years in a QA supervisory role in the Food or Dairy industry.
Should have experience with lab supervison, TQM, SPC, FDA, USDA auditing, GMPs, HACCP, regulatory compliance issues,SSOP, etc. Job Duties: Will be responsible for training, coaching and supervising 6 - 10 non-union hourly employees in quality,sanitation and the laboratory.
