To ensure that production of products meets or exceeds company and customer quality standards. Ensures that processes and employees conform to good manufacturing practices (GMP) food safety and safety standards by managing quality systems and documents. The Supervisor is responsible for developing, guiding, and supervising their department. The Supervisors goal is to increase yield, ensure quality and safety, and operate within budget.
