Senior Scientist
R&D professional role, leading and participating in key projects in the development of Dairy and related Food products. This Senior Scientist will also function as a technical resource for others; providing project and troubleshooting support.
The Challenge is to add value to this group through your experience in sophisticated technical areas, such as: food formulations, design of experiments, microfiltration and separation. The Company is seeking a seasoned technical professional with a Dairy industry background; a person who can communicate effectively with all levels.
Compensation. The base salary for the position begins in the $100’s, depending on your accomplishments and experience. The company also offers an excellent incentive package in addition to the base salary.
Qualifications. You need to be a Food industry leader, a technical pro with real depth. The Company seeks:
* An individual with an MS degree (Ph.D preferred), with an advanced knowledge and experience base in food formulations and processes, ingredient functionality; and flavor systems. You should be prepared to demonstrate your knowledge of experimental design principles.
* A technical leader who can be effective in multidisciplinary teams, with others both internal and external to the company. An experienced pro who brings out the best in others. You should be prepared to demonstrate where your communications skills have been effective in team interaction situations.
