Job Description

Growth and Expansion within a well-respected Citrus grower. (US Company) Seeking 2 experienced Directors of Farming to fulfill continued growth within international organization. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, and familiar with both US and Mexican business practices. These integral roles will direct farming for farms in 2 locations in Mexico. (7000+ acres and 10,000 acres), prepare strategic plan with short and long range goals to meet company objectives, communicate company policy to department managers, help negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and communicate and comply with regulatory agencies. BS in Agriculture or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years large scale farm management experience required, citriculture experience preferred, including an understanding of irrigation, pruning, fertility, pest and weed control, and soil amendments.
