My client is a fast growing beverage company in the Lexington, KY area in need of a HR Manager with strong union experience. Current HR Manager is retiring! • - At least seven years Human Resource Management experience, with a minimum of five years in a Human Resources role working at a manufacturing plant and in a Generalist HR role. • - Experience in Collective Bargaining in a co-leadership role with a solid grasp of contract collective bargaining techniques and grievance handling. • - Sound knowledge of Federal & State Employment Laws, Collective Bargaining Agreement & Employment Policies. • - Solid understanding of Union Employee Benefits and a general understanding of Employee Benefits • - Interviewing, coaching, training and development and mentoring skills required • Please contact me to discuss the position.
