Relevant Education, Skills and Experience Required for this Position:
Engineering Degree and / or 10 years experience in food processing maintenance / engineering.
Provide leadership to Maintenance Supervisors.
Ensure safe and efficient operation of processing equipment, utilities equipment, wastewater and other projects.
Expert in electro-mechanical, refrigeration and wastewater systems.
Thorough understanding of HACCP, USDA, OSHA, EPA, and PSM regulations.
Responsible for plant maintenance budget and proficiency in cost reduction methods.
Strategic planning and scheduling.
Good organizational and MS Office skills.
