 The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for reviewing contracts and recurring payments, maintaining files, issuing check and wire disbursements.  Fice (5) years of full-cycle, A/P experience required.  B.S. Degree in Accounting or Business Administration a plus.  Must have solid A/P experience matching invoices to PO's, coding invoices and accruals, maintaining financial security by following internal accounting controls and confidences.  Knowledge of Inventory Accounting a plus as well as some supervisory/management experience.  Excellent data entry and general math skills required.

The incumbent must be able to self-manage and able to set priorities with a heavy workload.  Must posess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company.  Must be a self-starter and detail oriented.  Excellent skill set required in Microsoft Suite Products (Excel).
