Requirements:
BS Safety Engineering or related, or CSP/CIH certification, and 5+ years experience in high-speed consumer packaged goods manufacturing. (Food, beverage, HBA, household products, etc)
Proven track record in behavioral approaches to employee driven safety performance, and OSHA voluntary protection requirements (VPP) in manufacturing environment.
Job Duties:
Responsible for implementation & management of safety & health programs over large manufacturing plant. Will direct technical support & guidance in behavior-based programs,OSHA VPP program, along with state & federal, & EPA compliance, accident investigation, medical case management, health & safety standard interpretations, PSM programs, industrial hygiene, & all other safety & security activities.
