Privately owned food processing co with six plants in the US. The Plant has over 300 employees and has double their size in the last five yrs. The position will supervise 40 techs and two leads on an off shift. They will be responsible fao all scheduling, training, yields, food and plant safety. The position will require someone with three or more yrs expereince in high speed food packaging. Must have good communication and technical skills with food packaging machines.
