Job Description
Will supervise up to 25 employees in poultry further procesing facility in a metropolitan area in the mid-Atlantic. Processes include marination and cooking. Salary to mid $60's. Requires 3+ years in poultry further processing to include 1 or more years at supervisory level. Helpful, but not required, to be HACCP certified.
