Successful Candidates should have a BS degree in occupational safety, health or environmental management and/or a related certification (e.g., CSP), and 5−7 years of HSE experience (including 2−3 in a leadership role).
Should have demonstrated experience in HSE Program Element Management, Risk Management, Behavior−Based Safety programs, OSHA VPP Star site requirements / compliance, Regulatory Agency Enforcement, Auditing/Program Review including development of facility and business risk profiles, Vendor/Consultant Management, Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE training and education programs.

Responsible for developing & implementing a comprehensive safety, health, and environmental program for a 500+ employee, union manufacturing plant. The EH&S Manager will report to the Plant Manager with dotted line to VP HR, and must be a hands−on individual. It is an opportunity to participate as a key member of their plant leadership team and drive significant program improvement & culture change. Responsibilities will breakdown approximately 65% Safety & related to 35% Health & Environmental.
