Base salary to $100K + excellent bonus, benefits and relocation.
BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer Engineering degree.
- Must have successful maintenance leadership experience in consumer products manufacturing - food industry experience is preferred.
- Must have experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), specifically the Autonomous and Effective Maintenance pillars.
- Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), preventive and predictive maintenance programs is required.
- Must have experience leading / coaching teams on continuous improvement projects.
POSITION:
The Maintenance TPM Manager will supervise 3 Supervisors and a total department of around 30 employees. Responsible for all maintenance in a large, progressive, nonunion food manufacturing plant. The primary focus of the Maintenance TPM Manager is to significantly improve the reliability of all packaging and processing systems. Works to optimize utilization of employees, materials, and equipment, while minimizing costs. Coordinates the Effective Maintenance pillar. Supports the Autonomous Maintenance and Early Equipment Management pillars.
