Ensure production continuity by properly maintaining the reliability of all equipment. Ensure all Maintenance staff follow GMPs, Safety, Food Safety, Operational and Company guideline/policies. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively manages plant maintenance & budget.
• Leads and develops staff.
• Ensures permanent solutions are implemented for recurring problems.
• Manage maintenance inventory (spare/repair/critical parts and tools) to ensure availability.
• Manage preventive maintenance program and continuously improves program.
• Ensure all department and organizational training is completed.
• Ensure work instructions, procedures, job descriptions,  are followed.
• Monitor and tracks down time reports and work orders to lines and equipment to maintain maximum efficiency.
• Manage work assignments and hold staff accountable for these assignments and resulting equipment performance.
• Promote safety among plant employees.
• Participate with Safety, Sanitation, Quality and new products Committees.
• Supervises the compliance of all federal, state, local & Company safety & quality policies.

REQUIRED

• Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance supervisory/management capacity in a manufacturing environment.
• 3 years experience in food bakery or processing plant.
