Job Description
Maintenance Technician Qualified applicants will need to be competent in industrial (manufacturing) electrical systems as well as mechanical systems. Master Electrician status preferred. Must be able to troubleshoot systems and equipment to determine root causes of problems and be able to work in a fast pace three shift industrial food manufacturing environment. Maintenance Techs are kept busy repairing breakdowns, preventative maintenance and assisting techs in other departments as needed. In addition to mechanical skills, each tech is responsible for completing appropriate paperwork, GMP documentation and requisitions for parts. This position is considered a floater position and will from time to time cover for any maintenance technician on leave of absence on the various 3 shifts.
