Job Description
Beef plant: Oversee production operations to provide for day-to-day control of assigned department activities according to prescribed schedules, priorities, operation sequence, and processing specifications for 180 hourly production employees. Will have a foreman and 3 supervisors reporting. Responsible for safety and housekeeping; Provide schedules for production; Effectively manage in a union environment; Minimum 5-6 years experience including current employment in beef slaughter. HAACP and GMP knowledge to include current USDA sanitary operations procedures a must!. Knowledge of production. Spanish a plus but not required. to 85K Midwest
