Requirements:
- Must have a BS degree
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of production supervision experience in a food or beverage plant
- Prefer a high speed packaging plant experience
- High energy level and the desire to be promoted
Duties: Reports to the Packaging Manager in a 300+ person nonunion plant. Supervises 22 nonunion hourly associates in a high speed filling operation. Responsible for safety, quality, productivity and scheduling of the area on the shift.
Location: GA
Salary: $50K to $60K + 7% Bonus
