Prefer a technical degree with at least 3 years previous regulatory affairs experience.  Responsible for writing and reviewing specifications for all food ingredients and finished products both purchased and internally produced.  Will review customer specifications and determine compliance, submit new products for FDA approval and manage regulatory assurance function across all US product lines.  Will interpret, apply and relay regulatory information to customers as required.  Reports to Technical Director of this mid-sized food ingredients processor.
