- Experience managing capital projects
- Strong skills with process improvement
- PLC and Controls knowledge
- Prefer experience with projects over $500K
Duties:
This position is responsible for effectively planning and executing capital projects and implementing process improvements to support manufacturing goals and objectives. Researches, prepares, and presents detailed capital appropriation requests to senior management. Involves appropriate stakeholders at all levels to gain alignment and support from a project's inception through completion. Identifies and initiates project and operational ideas to enhance plant systems and operations.Identifies opportunities and sources new technology and equipment to increase manufacturing productivity.
Location: WA
Salary: $80K to $90K + 20% Bonus
