Privately owned food co with 120 employees. The co has two plants in the SW and has double their sales in the last three yrs. They package special food products for the restail market. The co is growing and will offer someone a great opt for growth and stability.
The manager position will be responsible for all food safety procedures and policies. Will supervise a staff of five managing over all plant audits, SOP, HACCP and sanitation. The position will report to the General Manager.
The co needs a hands on supervisor or manager with three yrs expereince in the food processing or packaging industry. Must have knowledge and expereince with all food safety procedures and regulations.
