QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER - Leading  Meat Processor 

Immediate opening for Quality Control Manager with an established southern meat processing company 

This position will offer someone a great opportunity for growth and stability.

Responsibilities

• This management position is located in a plant of over 800 + employees and runs three shifts.
• The administering, implementing, and enforcement of the Company's procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure the food products are being produced under clean, sanitary conditions and, therefore, safe to eat. 
• Maintaining quality control records and performing quality studies.
• Develop and implement procedures for continuous improvement.
• Assure timely technical support for raw materials, including offsite sampling.
• Ensure compliance with all USDA

Requirements

•  Bachelors Degree in a related field plus five years professional experience. 
•  Must have some experience with USDA, SQF, BRC
•  Must have excellent analytical, math, communication, and organizational skills 
•  Strong computer skills, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required 
•  Strong knowledge of statistical control 
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
