THIS POSITION IS ACTUALLY LOCATED IN THE DES MOINES,IA AREA. THE COMPANY WILL PAY TO RELOCATE THOSE FROM OUTSIDE THE AREA.

Maintenance Supervisor needed for the Des Moines,Ia. Area My client is part of a Fortune 500 Processed Meats Company.

Main responsibilities to insure that all equipment related to assigned area is in optimal running condition.

Maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Delegate all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Insure that all safety training is up to date.

Managing all projects, including capital projects while staying within budget.

Manage coach and educate all team members to achieve world class maintenance status.

Responsible for assisting in p.s.s.m. projects to eliminate any reoccurring problems

Responsible for tracking P.M.’s and using that Data for predictive maintenance solutions.

Qualified candidates will have three or more years of experience in a high volume processed meats operation.

A thorough knowledge of maintaining and repairing processing equipment, and packaging equipment.

Plus a basic understanding of Ammonia Refrigeration and PLC's.
