Requirements:
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science
3 or more years of Capital Projects engineering in a food manufacturing facility.
Working knowledge of PLC's, Plant Utilities, water, electricity, and refrigeration.
Ability to complete projects on time and within budget requirements.
Job Duties:
Strategic Project Planning including: project description, budget analysis, plans, specifications, and date of completion.
This individual will be the Project Manager for capital projects and will be responsible for directing contractors and maintenance crew.
Responsible for reviewing project bids.
