First Search America, Inc. has a very stable, well established organization that is in need of a 2nd shift Superintendent. Requirements: Bachelors preferred but not required and 4+ years experience in the meat industry. Must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills both oral and written, hands on (not a desk manager), and be able to lead a team of 4+ supervisors with hourly to follow.
